Role: Solution Architect / Product Manager Inventory Management (QSR)

Technology Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Product Manager to lead the strategy design and modernization of our QSR Inventory Management ecosystem. This role will own Recipe Master inventory lifecycle management supplier ordering and POS-driven depletion capabilities across a multi-unit restaurant environment. The ideal candidate combines strong QSR functional expertise with modern platform architecture knowledge (API-first cloud-native event-driven systems) and can translate operational needs into scalable resilient solutions Architect and implement POS-driven depletion logic and inventory reconciliation processes. Drive supplier ordering workflows including forecasting purchase order lifecycle goods receipt and invoice matching. Design API-first integrations between inventory POS ERP and data/analytics platforms. Establish controls for inventory accuracy variance management shrinkage reduction and compliance. Partner with Operations Supply Chain Finance and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable capabilities. Lead vendor evaluations implementation governance and continuous improvement initiatives. Define and track KPIs including COGS % inventory accuracy waste % inventory turns and system uptime. Ensure scalability resiliency and performance across a multi-location QSR environment.
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in QSR retail or multi-unit restaurant technology.
* Deep functional knowledge of Recipe Master inventory management supplier ordering and depletion models.
Experience integrating POS systems with back-office or ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of food cost modeling COGS and margin management.
* Experience designing or working with API-first enterprise systems.
* Proven ability to translate business operations into technical requirements.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and vendor engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting 1000 store environments.
Exposure to event-driven architecture and microservices design.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
* Familiarity with ERP integrations (e.g. financial systems procurement platforms).
Experience with inventory forecasting AI-driven replenishment or waste reduction analytics.
Prior experience with QSR back-office systems (e.g. Macromatix Xenius or similar).
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
