- Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Hiring Manager.
- Maintains allocated job boards including LinkedIn Smart Recruiter Volunteermatch Chezuba and Handshake
- Act as a resource to candidates by responding to questions throughout the hiring process.
- Assists supervisors with job board research.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working understanding of human resource principles practices and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelors degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
Must be available to volunteer 8-10 hours a week
