Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into execution planning. You will deliver GrabKios marketing campaigns marketing offline activity branding and sponsorship then monitoring its efficiency. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure good Grab presence in nationwide-level and competitor analysis. Reporting to the Manager you will work onsite in our Jakarta Head Office
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Own end-to-end GTM planning execution and budget management for strategic (non-BAU) campaigns for digital goods
- Define campaign strategy mechanics messaging positioning and experimentation roadmap
- Partner closely with Business Owners to align on objectives priorities success metrics and translate them into GTM direction
- Lead campaign kick-offs and manage cross-functional alignment across Creative Social CRM Ops and other stakeholders
- Oversee execution quality timelines dependencies and resolve cross-team blockers or strategic risks
- Evaluate analyze and report campaign performance and insights
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelors degree in any major
- At least 2 years of experience in field such as Marketing/ Communications
- Experiences in marketing campaigns execution within relevant industries (FMCG retail or e-commerce)
- Proficiency in English both written and oral
