As a Payroll specialist you are part of an enthusiastic international and professional Finance team in which (personal) development is this position you are assisting in the complete timely and efficient execution of payroll processing activities.
The activities include:
- Checking and processing the monthly wage changes (such as changes in fixed and variable salary components new employees and resignations
- Processing the monthly output of all wage-related data within the financial accounting system
- Answering salary and time registration related questions from employees in our internal ticket system
- Supporting the Finance team with the monthly and year-end closings including assistance with internal and external audits
- Ensuring compliance with (inter)national laws and regulations
Qualifications :
- Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor Degree or international certificates related to Finance/Accounting
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 13 years of relevant experience
- Experience in outsourced accounting is an advantage
- Fast learner and able to work effectively in a challenging fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Positive can-do attitude and able to perform well under pressure
- High attention to detail. Strong communication teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and work experience with Excel is a requirement if you also have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision then that is an advantage
