Food & Beverage Supervisor

Oaks Auckland Hotel are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role includes breakfast lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued team member you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by:

• Supervising daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Leading motivating and supporting team members during service periods
• Accurately overseeing guest food and beverage orders and resolving service issues
• Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and guiding the team with confident recommendations
• Delivering professional efficient and friendly service while setting service standards
• Providing exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding guest expectations

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Breakfast lunch and dinner shifts
• Rotating rosters across Monday through to Sunday
• Full availability required including weekends
• Split shifts may be required on some days

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage operations
• A warm approachable leadership style with a positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to lead by example
• Excellent communication organisation and team coordination skills
• Reliability and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
