Novotel Cathedral Square is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.
- You will be reporting directly to the Head of Department and working alongside a team of Supervisors.
- Providing supervision to the housekeeping team daily and support to ensure room cleaning productivity is met and standards maintained.
- Responsible for inspecting and releasing rooms and communicate efficiently with other departments within the hotel as required.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints as required ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all stock and supplies and ensure lost and found procedures are followed correctly.
- Support the Head of Department with staffing schedules labour planning and various monthly reporting activity.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading and influencing a team
- Able to work on a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
