具体的な業務内容
顧客ニーズに合致した物件情報の提案業務
物件情報の収集と紹介案内条件交渉賃貸借契約締結業務
賃貸借契約書の内容に関するアドバイス業務
受託物件に対するリーシングマネジメント業務

国内海外物流マーケットに精通した担当者が在籍業界内で数少ない物流不動産専門チーム
顧客の不動産課題に専門的知識と経験で総合的なソリューションの提案が可能
既存物件に限らず土地からの計画物件や潜在物件情報の提案能力を有する
