Job Summary

Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investments If so Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join Flagship Team in Tokyo Japan.

Team

The Executive Assistant works closely with the two Partners in CIP Japan the Tokyo Flagship team and crossfunctional stakeholders across the organization. The role also collaborates with internal support functions Office Manager and the global PA community.

Role

This is a 10-month fixed-term contract role. As Executive Assistant for the two Partners in CIP Japan you will play a central role both internally and externally and you will be their closest go-to person in providing broad comprehensive administrative support including managing calendars and ensuring alignment of daily schedules and other ad hoc professional and personal support as needed.

Responsibilities will consist of but not limited to:

  • Diligently organize and maintain Partners calendar and travel arrangements ensuring alignment in daily schedule and keeping the calendar up-to date. You will coordinate closely with other team members in Tokyo across the APAC and other global regions
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support e.g. managing incoming inquiries scheduling of meetings and organizing and leveraging the Partners time effectively
  • Processing invoices & expenses
  • Document processing signature coordination and filing
  • Coordinate travel-related logistics such as itineraries meeting schedules around travel and alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Various administrative duties and ad-hoc personal assistance.

In this trusted and self-directed position you will get the benefit of being part of a team of colleagues who cooperate in supporting the Partners in their day-to-day duties. You will also be part of the CIP global PA community with whom you can enjoy a working community and professional sparring.

You

You possess solid and relevant work experience from a position as Personal/Executive Assistant in a well-established consulting firm law firm investment bank or large international company. It is expected that you are fluent in Japanese and English and has a solid knowledge of Office 365.
