Qualifications :
Bachelors degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering Management or Psychology.
23 years of experience in Organization Development fresh graduates are welcomed.
Previous internship or working experience in the banking multifinance or fintech industries is preferred.
Understanding of HR business processes.
