Job Summary
Core Responsibilities:
- A Independently manage the daily operations of the tax department and reporting to Tax Manager
- End to end managing of all taxes of the regions India Middle east and APAC.
- Reconciliation of data with returns and books.
- Preparation of schedules and coordination with Auditors for Statutory Audit and Tax Audit.
- Tax Related advisories to stakeholders.
- Support on tax related filings of Inter-companies in and outside India.
- Tax Planning and structuring for both Direct and Indirect Tax.
- Follow and strengthen internal controls and drive processes improvements.
- Coordinate with internal stake holders for supplying audit requirements & review.
- Work on annual and quarterly group reporting and related tax schedules.
- Collect and analyze data for reports presentations and correspondence
- Dealing with consultants for advisory services and other support services
- Support ad-hoc projects that arise during various systems implementations
Qualifications :
- Preferably a Chartered Accountant
- We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 7 years of experience in Taxation or Finance
- Strong experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation Finance & Accounts and compliances related to APAC Middle East and India regions.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliances and procedures especially related to India.
- Knowledge on the application of Finance & Accounts systems & Taxation e-filing returns softwares.
- Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
- Expert in the taxation/ tax audits / tax compliances
- Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work in multiple time-zones
- Good in verbal and written communications.
- Should have a positive attitude and should be able to proactively get things done.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal Skills - Must have the ability to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels inside and outside of the company
- Must be a self-starter with proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities.
