Primary objective
Support with selection integration and validation of hydraulic systems for our range of machinery. You will bridge the gap between design theory and production reality ensuring our machines achieve optimal hydraulic performance reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Your key responsibilities:
- Based upon product and platform requirements select appropriate hydraulic components (pumps valves cylinders motors accumulators) from suppliers.
- Create and maintain hydraulic system schematics and circuit diagrams.
- Define and implement various hydraulic functional options and customizations based on customer and market demands.
- Define the assembly routing and path ensuring efficiency and ergonomics.
- Specify requirements for hydraulic hose and tube routing including bracket design and clamping.
- Provide hands-on technical support to the assembly line to resolve hydraulic-related issues during production.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing team for component sourcing and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support the After-Sales and Service departments with technical information and complex troubleshooting guides.
- Complete other tasks assigned by manager.
- Awareness of ISO14001 &45001 standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3 years) in hydraulic system design application or assembly within the construction machinery agricultural equipment or heavy vehicle industry.
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic components and system principles.
- Good learning and communicate skill with English.
- Proficient design software abilities in AUTOCAD Solidworks and PLM.
- Basic knowledge of electro-hydraulic control systems is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on quality and process improvement.
- Teamwork.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
