Primary objective:
Independently complete the design of high-voltage systems/equipment ensuring product/project reliability efficiency and cost control and achieve design implementation and technical support through cross-departmental collaboration.
Your key responsibilities:
- Responsible for drawing high-voltage system circuit diagrams and 3D layouts and compiling high-voltage component technical specifications and design reports.
- Participate in the interface design and collaborative development of high-voltage related systems (BMS TMS and motor inverters) to ensure system compatibility and matching.
- Participate in the development of safety strategies such as insulation protection high-voltage interlocking (HVIL) overvoltage/overcurrent/leakage protection and impulse power failure to ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
- Participate in the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design of high-voltage systems and cooperate in completing EMC testing and rectification to meet relevant standard requirements.
- Participate in the development of high-voltage system test plans and specifications and coordinate the execution of tests.
- Participate in the research on high-voltage system technologies.
- Lead the investigation and correction of related issues during high-voltage system testing collect and analyse test data optimize high-voltage system design parameters and improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Track updates to relevant high-voltage system regulations and standards to ensure that design schemes and products always meet requirements and support product certification (GB/T CE) work.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Awareness of ISO14001 &45001 standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above major in Electrical Engineering/Vehicle Engineering.
- More than 5 years related working experience in developing high-voltage electrical systems for e-vehicles.
- Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD and E3 to draw electrical schematic diagrams and harness drawings and skilled in using 3D software such as SolidWorks to design the layout of high-voltage components.
- Familiar with relevant testing standards and methods for high-voltage systems and possess the ability to develop test plans troubleshoot problems and implement corrective measures.
- Familiar with relevant regulations and standards such as EN1175 ISO 20898 and possess awareness of product compliant design.
- Possesses strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills capable of independently tackling technical challenges in high-voltage system development.
- Demonstrates excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills and a strong team spirit able to drive multi-team collaboration in completing development tasks.
- Meticulous and conscientious with strong resilience under pressure able to adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
- Has good English reading skills able to understand English technical documents and standards.
- Can take occasionally business trip or training abroad.
