Job Summary
Key Target: Provide Tool service for plant production with timely qualified and satisfied tools. Support plant machine maintenance.
1. Project management
Responsible for project management in BCZ plant
Responsible for equipment modification
Responsible for production maintenance
Responsible for roller management
Prepare tools forecast with regular time
Solve problem with plant departments such as relate roller topic and production machine breakdown
and internal Audit
Responsible for external audit and internal audit
Responsible for training blue collar staff regularly
project
Actively promote TPM activities
Qualifications :
1. Bachelors degree or above major in electrical engineer or related field
2. At least 3 years maintenance experience or tools management experience
3. At least 3 years project management experience and working experience for leadership
4. Good at English reading & writing fluent in oral English is preferred.
