Job Summary

1. Communication with oversea plant in daily work.与海外工厂的沟通协调

2. Continuous improvement on quality cost delivery with innovative thinking. 具有创新性思维的持续改进( 质量 / 成本 / 供货)

3. Creating and Maintenance process documents (P-FMEA CP WI Routing etc.). 创建并维护工艺文件(P-FMEA CP WI Routing等)

4. Data and facts driven problem solving in shopfloor. 基于数据梳理解决生产现场问题

5. Coordination of machining new sample plan validation of new process and new MAE. 协调机加工样件计划新工艺新设备新量具的验证

Qualifications :

1. Practised in using English for communication. 熟练使用英语进行沟通

2. With machining working experience more than 3 years in mechanical manufacturing. 具备3年以上机加工相关工作经验

3. Must be with a bachelors degree or above. 学历本科及以上

4. Have knowledge and logic about FMEACPWI creating and maintenance PDCA tracking. 具备创建更新工艺文件和PDCA的基本知识和逻辑

5. Familiar with quality tools such as 5-why fishbone KT method ability to solve problems. 熟悉质量工具具备一定的问题解决能力

6. Construction thinking and communication with purpose. 结构性思维及沟通能力
