Job Summary
Be part of a team that designs develops and integrates E-PWT assembly for vehicle layout. For E-PWT product within Garrett Advancing Motion organization. You will participate in the development and certification of product functionality across multiple programs. This will enable you to support new products processes standards or operational plans within the organizations business strategies with a direct impact on business unit/function overall results. Apply engineer knowledge tools and principals to develop new innovative systemsGrow and develop your technical knowledge in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfactionDrive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere organization
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelors degree in Mechatronic Engineering. Master is 3 years experience in E-PWTmechanic design experience. 3 years ofE-PWT Controller design experience EE and SW experience is a plus.
- Mechanical Experience ofproduct assembly for layout in customer vehicle subframe suspension points mounting clearance for movement and assembly process HV/LV interface connector direction cooling water connection E-axle and E-Beam integration experience 3D/2D dimension chain calculation drawing and testbench of manufacturing process processing technology of stamping die casting product. Work experience in the same industry is preferred and familiarity with technology vibration characteristics NVH is preferred.
- Motor Controller experience of EE and SW Understand CAN Communication with vehicle UDS&OBD Configuration with vehicle boot loader and Functional safety and cyber on INV controller Development.
- Familiar with FEA static and dynamic stiffness under critical and various conditions rigid body modes and crash safety etc.
Basi skill to use SolidWorks Pro/E UG AutoCAD and other software to design 3D and engineering drawings of parts.

- SomeKnowledge ofMotor INV HW and SW is preferred.
Some experience in thermal management structure is preferred.
POSITION ROLES
- 1st years will be located at Xian to closed with customer as EPWTwindow with customer to coordinatewith global team to develop E-PWT product.
- Lead the E-PWT development activity until mass production.
- Sub-components supply chain management support.
- Collect and define requirement for customer project.
- Support the technical portion of proposals to address future business opportunities with the OEM.
- Model development Verification & Validation for platform and application project.
