Job Summary
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dispatch team located in Laval Quebec. As a dispatcher you are responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle pick-ups at our client locations.
What youre responsible for:
- Planning and organizing driver schedules
- Confirming pickup details and vehicle status
- Checking towing availability and offering customers a timeslot
- Completing order forms and other transactional documents
- Answering internal customer calls and relaying detailed and accurate information to drivers
- Working collaboratively with internal partners including Call Center Agents Branch Managers Buyers and Drivers
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You are bilingual in French and English (required)
- You are a strong communicator
- You have previous work experience in customer service
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
