In your new role as Qantas Club Agent you will provide exceptional customer service with an emphasis on creating a seamless personalised and memorable experience. Our customers enjoy the comfort and luxury within the Lounges so we aim to continuously create an atmosphere of relaxation and sophistication. You will play a vital role from welcoming and greeting customers with a warm and genuine smile to providing assistance and anticipating their needs while always ensuring the highest level of service is provided. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate and engaging but also possess strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

Youll have: 

• Strong experience and background in a fast-paced customer service role airline or similar related experience desirable   
• Proven ability to think quick on your feet and work under pressure 
• Genuine approach to a superior customer experience  
• Ability to effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds coupled with an inclusive mindset 
• Teamwork skills with commitment to supporting and collaborating with colleagues  
• Ability to interpret and understand Airline specific systems  
• Punctuality and reliability 
• Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster including public holidays and weekends 
• Exceptional grooming and personal presentation standards
• Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical
• Prior experience in an airline Lounge or premium customer environment is advantageous
