Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing diagnosing maintaining and servicing computer-related products including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers printers and peripherals.
We are seeking a reliable customer-focused Airport Support Technician to provide on-site technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role ideally within a fast-paced or public-facing environment.
Experience in technical support mechanical maintenance or troubleshooting of equipment.
Familiarity with kiosk systems bag-drop technology or similar automated service devices.
Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions.
Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation triaging and resolution.
Ability to work in Rotational Shifts.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Preferred prior experience with customer facing roles/duties.
Preferred prior experience in support mechanical maintenance airport equipment kiosks bag-drop.
Ability to successfully complete a Police Check and Aus Check requirements needed to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).
A Valid Drivers License is required.
