Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Product Manager for an initial 4month contract engagement supporting a highpriority initiative within a large complex enterprise environment. This role is focused on providing product management leadership and advisory support rather than handson technology delivery.
Working closely with senior business clinical and delivery stakeholders the Product Manager will help shape product direction develop practical product roadmaps and establish effective product ways of working. The role typically operates in environments involving enterprise data analytics or digital platforms where strong governance prioritisation and outcome measurement are essential.
A key aspect of this engagement is enabling others supporting existing product owners and leaders aligning stakeholders to shared outcomes and leaving behind sustainable product practices that can continue beyond the contract period. This is a timeboxed consultingstyle role suited to someone who can quickly build trust provide clear direction and balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
Qualifications :
Were keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate some or all of the following:
- Experience working as a Product Manager Senior Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role on complex digital or platformbased initiatives.
- Practical knowledge of product lifecycle management including vision setting roadmap development prioritisation and release planning.
- Ability to translate broad program or organisational objectives into clear product themes outcomes and priorities.
- Exposure to product management in data analytics digital platforms or similarly complex enterprise environments is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience helping teams improve product ways of working governance or decisionmaking processes (formal or informal).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively across technical business and clinical or operational groups.
- Comfortable operating in a consulting or advisory capacity supporting and enabling client teams rather than owning delivery endtoend.
