As Branch Manager you will take ownership of HCAs homecare operational performance across Victoria. Youll be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and help scale our services in line with client needs and regulatory standards ensuring that care is delivered efficiently safely and with compassion.
Youll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction. This is an exciting leadership role where strategy meets hands-on delivery.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for managing daily operations and performance across Care Management Clinical Rostering and Service Delivery teams in addition to:
- Lead workforce planning and development to ensure a capable high-performing team
- Manage financial performance and support the achievement of regional budget goals
- Champion HCAs values and behaviours while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement
This is a 12 month maternity leave contract based in Melbourne.

- Proven management experience and skills ideally from the Home Care or Aged Care industry.
- Must have experience with direct reports recruitment workforce allocation or healthcare operations and a strong understanding of KPIs and reports.
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and home care operational models.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and business metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
