Job Summary

Weins Auto Groupis looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientatedCEC Service Consultantto support our Service Team atDon Valley North Lexus a division of position will be working onsite in our CEC Center in Markham during the first 6 months for trainings. Upon successful completion of trainings the incumbent will work completely remote.

Responsibilities

Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries quickly and accurately (telephone and by email)
Electronically schedule service appointments for the Assistant Service Managers distributing work evenly unless otherwise directed by management
Generate appointment list on a daily basis.
Follow up on no-show appointments
Respond to customer concerns and requests that have been received through the Dealer Voice System
Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management

Qualifications

Customer service experience considered an asset
Exceptional customer service skills

Rate: $19.30/ hour incentive
