About the Role

Our consulting client is looking for a French-English bilingual ServiceNow IRM / GRC Consultant with strong experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / Strategy to Compliance (STC) to support ongoing initiatives related to governance risk and compliance systems.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define requirements design solutions and ensure high-quality implementation aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support and guide stakeholders in analyzing and defining requirements
Provide recommendations on technological solutions and best practices
Participate in feasibility design and implementation phases
Develop conceptual and logical models and integration strategies
Ensure alignment with project governance and committees
Coordinate operational activities to ensure quality performance and reliability
Ensure integration of GRC / IRM modules with other ServiceNow modules
Analyze release notes and evaluate impact on existing configurations
Ensure technical quality of deliveries
Support analysts in translating business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills

6 years of relevant experience
Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM / GRC modules
Experience with IRM (Compliance Audit Risk) and BCM
Strong understanding of GRC architecture and data model
Advanced knowledge of tables relationships and configuration
Experience with ServiceNow development and configuration
Understanding of OOB configuration and ServiceNow best practices
Experience integrating GRC modules with other ServiceNow modules
Ability to analyze new releases and impact on configurations
Strong communication skills
Leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in EST hours
Bilingual French English required

Nice to Have

Experience with Strategy to Compliance (STC)
Experience in financial services environment
Experience working in large enterprise environments
Experience in staff augmentation / consulting projects
