We are seeking a proven leader to join us as General Manager for Value Added Products leading our sales function to grow revenue improve customer experience and foster a high-performance culture.

What kind of work may be involved

  • Lead and direct sales teams to achieve gross profit and EBIT targets
  • Develop and implement business strategies and sales forecasts
  • Foster a safety-first and customer-centric culture
  • Oversee tender and contract processes
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to direct and indirect reports
  • Collaborate with marketing and executive teams to support brand and acquisition strategy
  • Monitor sales performance metrics for improvement and growth opportunities

Ideal skills & experience:

  • Significant experience building and leading sales teams in industrial or related sectors
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Expertise in customer relationship management and fostering excellent customer experiences
  • Ability to analyse sales metrics and develop actionable business plans
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams to achieve growth outcomes
  • Passion for safety culture and continuous improvement
