What you will do:

Own the end-to-end product strategy for global payout products from initial vision through to execution and iteration.
Partner with Engineering Finance and Compliance to build scalable infrastructure that supports diverse markets and payout use cases.
Use data-driven experimentation and customer insights to optimize products for instant cost-free global money movement.

The ideal candidate:

Deep professional experience in payments payout infrastructure or complex finance-based products within high-growth environments.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving technical regulatory and financial constraints.
Strong strategic thinker who can balance rapid experimentation with the pragmatism required to scale global financial products.
