As a Customer Success Manager you will manage customer relationships ensure long-term satisfaction and act as a trusted partner to help clients achieve their goals.
What You Will Do
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers and understand their business needs
- Proactively support clients to ensure satisfaction retention and success
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and account growth
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional timely and solution-oriented manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency (C1) in one of the following: Italian German or French
- Good command in English (B2)
- Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM tools or digital platforms
