As anAccounting Manager (m/f/d)you will be a part of our Central Accounting team. You will be responsible for leading complex reporting activities reviewing IFRS adjustments and driving improvements across the monthend close process by acting as a trusted expert to the team providing technical guidance while partnering closely with auditors and stakeholders to ensure highquality financial outcomes.

About the Role

Oversee the validation of balance sheet accounts and evaluate the completeness and accuracy of monthly financial reporting deliverables
Review IFRS-related adjustments and compile the accompanying disclosure notes in alignment with international reporting standards
Provide technical accounting leadership to the team offering guidance on complex issues and driving final decisions on appropriate treatments
Lead initiatives to optimize streamline and harmonize the month-end close workflow across processes and teams
Support various specialized accounting initiatives and contribute expertise to adhoc financial analysis or project requests
Collaborate with internal and external auditors for both statutory and group-level audit activities ensuring timely coordination and high-quality documentation

About You

Min 7 years work experience in accounting and/or auditing
Bachelor/Master degree in accounting
Solid knowledge in IFRS
Attention to detail excellent analytical skills self-starter
Fluent English language skills
