Job Title: People Change Management Analyst
Role Purpose:
The People Change Management Analyst is responsible for driving the successful adoption of organizational change initiatives. This role ensures that changes are implemented smoothly by assessing impacts engaging stakeholders and supporting people throughout the transformation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments to understand the effects of organizational initiatives on people processes and systems
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to foster buy-in and adoption
- Support the planning and execution of change management activities including communications and training initiatives
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide insights to improve change implementation
- Collaborate with project teams HR and business leaders to ensure change initiatives are effectively implemented
- Identify risks and resistance points and recommend strategies to mitigate them
- Maintain documentation related to change assessments stakeholder plans and adoption tracking
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5 years of professional experience in change management or people change initiatives
- Proven experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication influencing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze adoption data and provide actionable insights
- Experience supporting complex organizational or digital transformation programs
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g. ADKAR Prosci)
- Experience designing and delivering training or communication materials related to change
- Experience in corporate banking or IT transformation environments
