Job Summary
Job Title: Management Information Analyst
Role Purpose:
The Management Information Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate timely and insightful management reporting to support strategic financial and operational decision-making. This role transforms complex data into clear dashboards reports and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain management dashboards and reports that provide visibility into business performance
- Produce regular and ad-hoc management information packs for executive and senior leadership teams
- Analyze trends variances and performance metrics to generate actionable insights
- Support executive decision-making by presenting data in a clear concise and meaningful manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure consistency integrity and governance of management information
- Continuously improve reporting processes automation and visualization standards
Required Experience & Skills:
- 4 years of professional experience in Management Information (MI) reporting or business analytics
- Strong experience producing dashboards reports and management-level insights
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into executive-ready outputs
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization best practices
