Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate
A leading city based US law firm are recruiting for Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate
Required experience: 3-5 PQE E&W
Remuneration is market leading with exceptional work quality available
We are seeking suitably qualified candidates with good experience in all aspects of special situations restructuring and insolvency with a diverse client base. Key to success at interview is demonstratingexperience with key financing instruments including bank loans high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements alongside experience with restructuring related proceedings including experience working with multiple jurisdictions.
The nature of the work in this practice area is broad and quite diverse which offers an excellent environment for continued learning and development.
