Job Summary

We are looking for an assertive and adaptable Graduate HR Finance and Operations Assistant to join our Operations team supporting across HR finance and systems to help our teams deliver our award winning creative communications.


If you are a proactive and positive problem solver who likes being driven by data and bringing order and organisation then we want to hear from you.


Youll learn skills across all areas of finance and HR and be hands on supporting with the running of the agency coordinating team schedules reviewing resourcing and supporting our systems. Youll be helping to refine our processes and ensuring our administrative outputs are on point. Working closely with colleagues across all teams to make sure our people are supported and have the tools they need to thrive.

This role is paid at Real Living Wage for the first 12 months. Based upon a 32 hour four day week for non-apprentices or a 35 hour five day week for a graduate apprentices (with four days in the office and one day studying). This role is based in our Forres office three days a week in the office and one day a week from home.
