Job Summary
About The Role
Registration
- Perform patient registration and provide prompt efficient front-line service.
- Conduct financial counselling including explanation of charges billing options deposits and changes in level of care or accommodation.
- Coordinate operational workflows such as ward class selection day surgery vs admission conversions cancelled cases and patient wait-time communication.
Room Assistant
- Serve as the front-line counter receptionist managing visitor reception inquiries and coordination with clinics wards and operating theatres.
- Coordinate patient flow and movements including admissions transfers discharges surgery list updates and day surgery to ward conversions.
- Handle operational logistics and reporting including porter bookings patient refreshments ward statistics and verification of accommodation codes.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Eye Clinic and Pharmacy for cancer medications.
- Schedule eye appointments for patient clinic reviews and visual acuity assessments.
What We Are Looking For
- At least GCE N/O Level education.
- Healthcare or service or related industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office).
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work 2 rotating shifts.
