We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our growing HR consultancy team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processing using payroll software while ensuring accuracy compliance and timely salary disbursement.

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔
> Manage complete payroll cycle using payroll software
> Ensure accurate attendance leave and deduction data
> Prepare monthly payroll reports and coordinate with finance
> Maintain employee compensation and payroll records
> Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
> Ensure compliance with labor laws tax deductions EOBI & SESSI
> Generate reports for audits and internal reviews

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔
> Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelors Degree
> Experience: 23 years in payroll (software-based)
> Strong knowledge of payroll processes & compliance
> Excellent Excel and data-handling skills
> Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
> Good communication and problem-solving skills
