Requirements
- Bachelors degree or National Diploma in Information Technology Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- Prior internship or practical experience is advantageous but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hardware software networking and cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Slack/Teams).

The IT Graduate will provide technical support under the guidance of the IT administration team and the Project Manager. The role includes assisting with system administration tasks and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the organisations digital tools management information systems (MIS) data integrity and technology infrastructure.
This role is designed to develop strong foundational skills across IT support systems management cybersecurity awareness and data reporting while supporting departments with responsive and reliable technical services.
Principal Accountabilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting
Systems Administration

Assist with account creation user access control and permission changes

Support routine system maintenance including updates backups and patching

Monitor basic system performance and flag potential issues to IT Administrators

Help maintain shared drives collaboration tools and internal platforms
Data & Reporting Support

Assist with data extraction cleaning and basic analysis for reports

Support troubleshooting of internal systems or dashboards

Conduct routine data quality checks and highlight inconsistencies
Cybersecurity & Compliance

Apply basic cybersecurity practices including monitoring for suspicious activity

Ensure devices meet required security standards

Support IT audits and compliance checks (password controls backups user access)

Educate staff on safe technology use and data protection policies
Project & Administrative Support

Contribute to IT projects such as system rollouts software implementations or upgrades

Assist in creating training materials user guides and process documentation

Maintain inventory of IT supplies and coordinate with vendors and shared service providers where required
