Job Summary
It has long been my observation that excellence reveals itself not by chance but by evidence. My client therefore seeks a Support Analyst of discernment and logicone whose mind is trained to recognise patterns where others perceive only confusion.
This position is suited to a graduate or very junior practitioner (no more than one years experience) who demonstrates intellectual rigour and a particular fondness for numbers systems and the truth hidden within data.

A minimum of 70% proficiency in Mathematics for without numerical discipline no sound deduction can be made
Academic transcripts must accompany your application lest we rely on conjecture rather than proof
A degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a closely related discipline
SQL expertise is non-negotiable you will interrogate databases much as I interrogate suspects extracting facts with precision

You are methodical. You value evidence over opinion. You are not discouraged by complexity but rather intrigued by it. Where others see a malfunction you see a puzzle awaiting resolution.
