Our SIXT Division is looking for aReservation & Customer Service Agentwho shares our vision and is eager to be part of our growth journey.
The Reservation & Customer Service Agent is responsible for handling customer inquiries processing bookings and ensuring a seamless rental experience. The role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You will be called to:
- Communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Process and manage reservations via phone or email
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Processing requests for changes or cancellations of reservations providing alternative solutions when necessary
- Promoting additional services or products such as insurance or vehicle upgrades
Requirements - 2 years of experience in a similar position within a call center environment focusing on sales and customer service
- An excellent communicator in both Greek & English any other language will be considered an asset
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during the reservation or rental process
- Flexibility to work in shifts as the department operates every day including holidays
