Managersare responsible forserving clients and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Managers develop lasting relationships with client personnel andseekto further these relationships through quality product delivery.

Themanageris responsible forunderstanding their clients business anddemonstratingtechnical competence in their product group and industry. Managers develop contacts with the business community and serve as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.

For this role we require someonewith capabilityin the buildimplementationand/or assurance of operational resilience frameworks to meet global regulatory requirements and businessobjectives including Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the UK operational resilience regime.

What You Can Expect:

  • Lead the deliverypeopleand management ofoperational resilienceclient engagements within the risk and compliance solution.

  • Work with leading financial services clients and with clients in payments sector.

  • Manage the successful delivery of larger client projects end-to-end totime quality and budget effectively delegate tasks to team members and take ownership of the delivery and quality of team members work whilst leading client relationships.

  • Create development opportunities for all team members through meaningful assignments.

  • Develop a high-performing diverse team that delivers exceptional client service and value.

  • Develop a repeatable innovation process that drives creative ideas within project teams.

  • Assistwith the development of Protiviti thought leadership white papersfrequentlyasked questions (FAQs)and marketing materials.

  • Develop new relationships and work with the Managing Director/Directors to enhance and run existing client relationships to maximise Protivitis coverage.

  • Develop with the companys support existing or new areas of relevant specialism andexpertiseto differentiate yourself in the market.

  • Take a leading role in the development of engagement opportunities by managing our work to propose and bid for work.

  • Promote Protivitis services in the UK marketplace to expand coverage.

  • Liaise with other offices globally toleverageoff current contacts to provide a considered and consistent approach to the market and to liaise on sharing resources.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

  • Demonstrated ability to leadmanageand develop teams and deliver operational resilience engagements to a range of clients across the financial services sector.

  • Strong demonstrated capability in the buildimplementationand/or assurance of operational resilience frameworks to meet global regulatory requirements and businessobjectives including Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the UK operational resilience regime.

  • We do not expect anyone to have experience across all of these risk and compliance areas listed below in totality but we are looking for individuals who as abovemust haveexperience of Operational Resilience and then experience of delivering regulatory projects; including but not limited to any of the following areas: consumer duty & conduct risk governance design & review compliance monitoring testing operational risk risk & controls transformation process mining anti-financial crime lender due diligence skilled person review and reports (S166).

  • Third party risk management knowledge would also be an advantage.

  • Lead regulatory impact assessments and gap analysis.

  • Design and support compliance functions (e.g. Compliance Assurance & effectiveness)

  • Design implement and support risk & compliance frameworks as well as remediationprogrammes.

  • Policy and procedure assessment development and/or implementation.

  • Undertake independent audit andimpactassessments of risk and compliance functions.

  • Skilled person review and reports (s166).

  • Risk and control automation development and implementation.

  • Regulatory mappingtobusiness products controls and risks.

  • Regulatory examinationsupporte.g. independent assurance reports interview preparationprogrammemanagement response drafting.

  • Past business and suitability reviews.

  • Design and review governance arrangements.

  • Strongpeopleskills to interact in a team environment and foster client relationships.

  • Demonstrateunderstandingofthe importance of business ethics.

  • Excellent written listening verbal communication and presentation skills including documentation of findings and recommendations.

  • Ability to manage highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills.

  • Mentorship and people development capabilities.

  • Business development proficiency/exposure and strong client relationship skills.

Our Workplaceand Employment Process

Protiviti practices a hybrid wording model which is a combination of working a minimum of two days in the office. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client project team and other business factors. It can sometimes mean more of a full-time presence at our client. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local or UK wide travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Remunerationand Benefits

Starting salaries are competitive and arebased on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in thesalaryrange is dependent upon experienceskillsand geographic work location.

Employees are eligible for medical anddentalinsurance cover lifeassurancepension scheme andreceive up to 25daysholiday per calendar year.There is the option to takeup toanadditional10paid holidays each calendar yearand we haveadditionalbenefits as part of the Robert Half Enterprise.
