Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administration
- Greet & Assist:Welcome greet and direct customers visitors and vendors.
- Phone Management:Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Reception Maintenance:Ensure the reception area and showroom floor are tidy clean and organized.
- Correspondence & Records:Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries; maintain visitor logs and perform data entry.
- Scheduling:Update calendars schedule meetings and manage appointments for the sales team.
- Office Supplies:Monitor and order front office supplies.
Sales & Customer Service
- Showroom Sales:Handle walk-in customers and assist them in finding and purchasing electronics.
- Product Knowledge:Communicate product features benefits and technical specifications of electronics (computers appliances etc.) to customers.
- Billing & Payments:Process transactions using POS systems handle cash/credit card payments and manage invoices.
- Customer Support:Handle queries provide after-sales information and address customer complaints with a professional helpful attitude.
- Inventory Support:Assist in maintaining stock levels and ensuring products are displayed correctly.
Requirements
- Experience:05 years of experience in reception front office or retail sales preferably in the electronics industry.
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Solid understanding of customer service and sales techniques.
- Attributes:Professional attitude appearance and a friendly welcoming personality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer satisfaction level.
- Conversion rate of walk-in customers to sales.
- Accuracy of billing and data entry.
- Reception area cleanliness and orderliness.
Salary and Benefits
- In-hand Salary:Typically ranges between 10000 to 30000 per month depending on experience and location.
