ECI Millbrook is looking for a hands-on Service Manager who enjoys leading people and making things run smoothly. In this role youll be the go-to person for keeping the service department on track by supporting your team solving problems as they come up and making sure customers leave feeling taken care of. Youll help set the tone each day and build a service experience people can rely on. If youre someone who takes pride in a strong team steady processes and doing right by customers wed love to have you lead the way.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of service professionals.
- Drive customer satisfaction profitability and service excellence.
- Oversee repair procedures and uphold standards.
- Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.
- Manage shop tools equipment and organization to maximize efficiency.
- Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
- Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met.
- Deliver timely outstanding customer service and support.
- Foster a customer-first culture through coaching and mentorship.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 3 years of automotive experience ideally in the service department.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Highly organized hardworking and self-driven.
- Strong time management abilities to oversee our service operations.
- Prior leadershipexperience is a strong asset.
