McCoy Construction & Forestry a John Deere dealership group with 25 locations across the Midwest and East South Central Regions has an opening for a Product Support Sales Representative.
The PSSR uses technology as an active tool provides proactive customer uptime support and subsequent growth for McCoy Construction and Forestry (MCF). Achieves MCFs customer support and satisfaction goals parts and service marketing and management capability in a specific geographic area of responsibility. Manages the product support process to preempt and resolve technical and/or parts issues impacting machine performance and uptime by developing customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority):
External (Customer Focused) sales/support position.
Using the benefits of technology strategically focus on incremental revenue opportunities that support both parts and service strategic fiscal objectives.
Make field related purpose-built customer calls to follow up on Product Support opportunities and provide leads for Parts and Service Department
Fully utilize McCoys customer relationship management (CRM)
Actively promote Preventative Maintenance Contracts (PMs) or Total Maintenance and Repair Contracts (TMRs)
Provide customer training follow up calls and create customer digital partnerships.
Proactively monitor JDLINK data promote and maintain machine connectivity along with the sale of Universal Telematics Devises.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular onsite attendance as required by your supervisor.
