WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN AN ELIGIBILITY SPECIALIST
Experience with self-funded insurance is preferred. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work overtime during open enrollment season

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ELIGIBILITY SPECIALIST
This position follows a full-time MondayFriday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with overtime available.
As our Eligibility Specialist youll spend your day reviewing and entering employee eligibility information into our claims system to ensure records stay current and accurate. Youll handle updates for new hires terminations dependents and personal changes such as names or addresses while also taking calls from customers or employees reporting updates.
