YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN ELIGIBILITY SPECIALIST
This full-time role follows a MondayFriday 8 am5 pm schedule with overtime available.
As our Eligibility Specialist youll spend your day entering and updating employee eligibility information in our claims system ensuring records stay accurate and up to date. Youll process new hires terminations dependent additions name changes and address updates while also handling incoming calls from customers or their employees reporting important changes. Your attention to detail and responsiveness will keep everything moving smoothly and help ensure that each individual receives the correct coverage when they need it most.
