Job Summary
We areseekingaApplication Developer (Mid)to join our team. You will play a key part in ATGs technical support for Naval Sea Command specializing in cybersecurity support data support architecture & engineering support. Our team will provide direct support to a wide array of information systems and sustainment activities including technical reviews data gathering data analysis ITapplicationand database support.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain database-driven IT applications
Develop software solutions using one or more programming languages including C Java/J2EE Visual HTML/XML PowerBuilder and/or Delphi
Support application enhancements updates and maintenance activities
Participate in system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality
Assist with implementation and deployment of application solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer and mission requirements
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree in computer science information science or a related field
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an information technologyrelated role
Experience designing and developing database-driven IT applications
DoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level II certification
Active Secret security clearance (IT-II eligibility)
Desired:
Experience supporting Navy or DoD IT environments
Experience working in enterprise or mission-critical systems
Physical and Environmental Conditions
Work to be performed out of MechanicsburgPAsupporting various missions across the area of responsibility.
Must be able to sit forlong periodsof time in office-setting.
