Oratek an esteemed engineering consulting company based in Ecublens Switzerland is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electronic Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As an Electronic Engineer at Oratek you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing advanced electronic systems contributing to groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of technology.

Tasks
- Design prototype and test electronic systems for various applications.
- Create the PCBA production files define testing and quality control procedures and follow-up the production activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct testing and debugging of electronic components and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare technical documentation including schematics layouts and bills of materials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the product development lifecycle.
- Lead certification process (EMI safety radio) and prepare the documents.
- Assembly of boards - manually (0BGA) and automatically by our pick-and-place.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Electronic Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in electronic circuit design and development
- Proficiency with electronic design automation (EDA) tools such as KiCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers embedded systems and PCB layout (2 to 6 layers)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- 100% on site
