Job Summary
Keshav encon are looking for an experienced and responsible Plant Operator to manage the operation and monitoring of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) systems. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted plant operations maintaining water quality standards and complying with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor WTP WWTP RO and STP systems as per standard operating procedures
- Monitor process parameters such as flow rate pressure pH TDS turbidity and chlorine levels
- Operate pumps blowers filters RO membranes and chemical dosing systems
- Perform plant start-up shutdown backwashing regeneration and CIP activities
- Maintain daily operational logs shift reports and water quality records
- Identify process deviations and take corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance teams during breakdowns and preventive maintenance
- Handle treatment chemicals safely as per MSDS guidelines
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and statutory norms
- Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions within the plant
Required Qualifications
- / Diploma / ITI in Chemical Petrochemical
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in WTP / WWTP / RO / STP operations
