About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment with strong exposure to Digital Marketing roles. The role requires independent handling of bulk and niche hiring while ensuring quality closures within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions with a focus on Digital Marketing roles
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri Indeed) LinkedIn social media referrals and internal databases
- Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage offer rollouts salary negotiations and candidate closures
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring metrics
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of proven experience in Non-IT Talent Acquisition
- Strong hiring exposure in Digital Marketing platforms/roles (SEO SEM Performance Marketing Social Media Content Marketing)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring independently
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools job portals Boolean search and sourcing techniques
