Email Management & Triaging:

Monitor incoming correspondence and categorize emails into specific buckets (e.g. general queries vs. formal complaints).

Query Resolution:

Address standard and general inquiries efficiently using pre-approved communication templates.

Maintain the tone and brand standards of the organization in all written correspondence.

Stakeholder Liaison:

Proactively follow up with Depository Participants (DPs) via telephone to expedite pending responses.

Act as a bridge between investors and DPs to ensure seamless information flow.

Document Disbursement:
-
Securely generate and dispatch Statement of Holdings to BOs via their registered email addresses.
-
Ensure data privacy and accuracy when handling sensitive financial statements.
