Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Management & Triaging:

    • Monitor incoming correspondence and categorize emails into specific buckets (e.g. general queries vs. formal complaints).

  • Query Resolution:

    • Address standard and general inquiries efficiently using pre-approved communication templates.

    • Maintain the tone and brand standards of the organization in all written correspondence.

  • Stakeholder Liaison:

    • Proactively follow up with Depository Participants (DPs) via telephone to expedite pending responses.

    • Act as a bridge between investors and DPs to ensure seamless information flow.

  • Document Disbursement:

    • Securely generate and dispatch Statement of Holdings to BOs via their registered email addresses.

    • Ensure data privacy and accuracy when handling sensitive financial statements.
