Are you a hands-on Customs Manager ready to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced logistics environment
Were working with a progressive Dover-based business looking for someone to take full ownership of their customs function.

What Youll Do:
  • Lead a team of clerks across day & night shifts
  • Ensure all import/export customs activity is accurate compliant and on time
  • Provide technical guidance and oversee customs clearance processes
  • Manage performance appraisals rotas and complex people issues
  • Collaborate with operations & sales to support growth
  • Drive improvements in systems tools and ways of working
What Were Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing a customs function
  • Strong technical knowledge of customs clearance & compliance
  • Confident people manager calm under pressure
  • Comfortable in a 24/7 operational environment
  • Forward-thinking proactive and commercially aware
