Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Coordinate freight and cargo-related activities across terminals and ecosystem partners
- Support engagement and working relationships with shipping lines freight forwarders and logistics service providers
- Monitor freight performance indicators and prepare reports dashboards and operational updates
- Assist in initiatives to improve cargo flow efficiency turnaround time and service reliability
- Support the implementation of process improvement and digitalisation initiatives within the freight ecosystem
- Coordinate meetings workshops and engagement sessions with internal and external stakeholders
- Track industry trends regulatory developments and market changes affecting freight and logistics
- Support cross-functional projects involving operations commercial planning and technology teams
Requirements
- Diploma in Maritime Studies Logistics Supply Chain Management Business or a related discipline
- Up to 3 years of experience in ports shipping freight forwarding logistics or supply chain roles
- Basic understanding of freight flows containerised cargo and port or logistics operations
- Strong communication organisational and analytical skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
