Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Solutions Architect (Enterprise)

Location: Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Remote (must work in portuguese timezone)

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision principles standards and roadmaps
Ensure alignment between business strategy and IT strategy
Translate business requirements into end-to-end architecture solutions
Evaluate and guide technology decisions preventing fragmentation and technical debt
Support strategic initiatives through solution architecture review and validation
Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers and technical teams
Identify risks dependencies and impacts of architectural decisions
Promote best practices in security scalability performance and maintainability
Define and enforce architecture governance and compliance with standards
Analyze technology trends and assess their applicability to the organization
Implement proof of concepts to support the adoption of new technologies
Provide strategic guidance and oversight to development teams

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT Architecture roles
Experience working in complex technology environments
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
Relevant certifications are a plus (TOGAF cloud certifications etc.)
Experience in application data integration and infrastructure architecture
Knowledge of cloud technologies APIs microservices and system modernization
Ability to document architectures (logical physical and conceptual models)
Hands-on experience with the following technologies: Angular Go Java AWS
Experience working in multicultural team environments
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (preferred)
English Fluent/Advanced
