Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Solution and Product Architect
The role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Solution and Product Architectto join our global ERP Architecture team. You will be working on what is recognized asone of the largest most complex and most highly customized D365 F&O landscapes worldwide supporting a multi-region multi-brand environment with intricate integration patterns and mission-critical business processes.
This is a strategic role at the heart of our digital ecosystem. You will lead solution design product evolution and architectural governance for Dynamics 365 F&O ensuring the platform is robust scalable compliant and continually advancing to meet business and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture across Finance Supply Chain Operations and supporting modules.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
- Define architectural standards integration frameworks and development best practices.
- Provide architectural oversight for all F&O-related integrations including Azure services custom middleware 3rd-party systems and legacy platforms.
Product Leadership
- Act as a product owner from a technical and functional perspective shaping the future roadmap of D365 F&O.
- Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities updates and industry best practices; drive adoption where beneficial.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product strategies prioritization and release planning.
- Ensure F&O solutions align with broader enterprise architecture and digital transformation objectives.
- Lead design reviews development quality assessments and performance optimization strategies.
- Govern customizations extensions and ISV solutions ensuring maintainability and compliance.
- Oversee environment strategy release management data architecture and security posture for F&O.
- Mentor solution architects functional consultants and technical teams across global regions.
- Partner closely with Finance Operations Supply Chain Product and Data teams.
- Act as a key point of escalation for complex system issues performance challenges and design conflicts.
- Represent the F&O platform in enterprise-level architecture boards and decision-making forums.
Requirements
- Technical & Functional Expertise
- 10 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale complex multi-company/multi-region F&O implementations.
- Deep understanding of Finance Operations Supply Chain Project Accounting or Retail modules.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps Service Bus Data Lake Functions) and integration best practices.
- Expertise in F&O extensibility performance tuning data entities and lifecycle services (LCS).
- Architecture & Leadership
- Demonstrated experience defining enterprise-level architecture within a global organization.
- Ability to drive architectural governance in environments with heavy customization and complex integrations.
- Strong ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business decisions.
- Soft Skills
- Strategic thinker with a product mindset.
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced matrixed global environments.
- Language Proficiency: Outstanding written and spoken English.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert
- Experience working in multi-tenant environments or highly scaled global enterprises
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for D365
