Our client is a global technology group specializing in telecommunications and ICT solutions currently seeking an experienced professional to join its team.
1. Customer business understanding & commercial solution framework
Identify key business challenges of telecom operators through strategic discussions and benchmarking at executive level.
Lead the planning and design of commercial solution frameworks defining annual cooperation themes success objectives and aligning them with senior management priorities.
Establish long-term value-driven collaboration models with customers based on shared commercial goals.
2. Financial and business insights for customers
Analyze and interpret customers financial and operational reports on a quarterly semi-annual and annual basis and provide internal business briefings.
Deliver data-driven business insights by analyzing trends such as revenue mix user structure traffic customer experience and device adoption using compliant internal and external data sources.
Conduct in-depth analysis on selected topics including pricing packages competitive dynamics roaming and market positioning to support customer and internal decision-making.
3. Commercial value operation of service solutions
Plan and benchmark value-driven service solutions with customers defining clear use cases objectives and success metrics.
Work closely with data analytics and solution teams to identify target users target services and develop insight dashboards.
Coordinate with solution architecture and delivery teams to design integrate and validate solution effectiveness.
Lead value presentation business justification and value realization at the customer interface ensuring continuous operation and long-term impact.
Build and maintain solution assets including case studies best practices and internal knowledge sharing.
4. Product and service marketing support
Partner with product and service teams to support marketing initiatives such as industry events exhibitions and executive summits to generate leads and business opportunities.
Support customer-facing value positioning and storytelling for service solutions contributing to market expansion and opportunity development.
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
At least 7 years of professional experience within the telecommunications industry preferably in consulting strategy or solution design roles.
Strong understanding of telecom operations and business models with solid knowledge of IT systems such as OSS BSS SDP and value-added services.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships at executive and multi-levels within telecom operator organizations.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to structure complex business problems and develop hypothesis-driven solutions.
Strong commercial mindset with the capability to interpret financial models business cases and ROI and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated experience in consultative selling and solution positioning within a complex B2B environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English for both written and verbal interaction.
Self-driven confident and able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership presence with well-developed stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
